Mary-Ann O’Sullivan (Tinryland)
Mary-Ann is the current All-Ireland under 18 champion over 1500m as well as runner-up at the same distance in the schools championships. She also took silver at the schools cross country championships in March and hopes to renew her good form in Emo Court in September.

Joanne Mills (Lagan Valley)
Last year’s All-Ireland champion over 3000m at the Irish schools and under 18 championships comes into Ballyfin Junior-Cross 2010 on the back of a quieter year than last. She did, however, record a 4th place finish in the national senior indoor championships at 1500m. Mills finished 3rd at last year’s Ballyfin Junior-Cross before taking the Ulster and Northern Ireland under 18 title and finishing 12th in the Inter-Counties championships.

Mary Mulhare (North Laois)
Mary began last year’s cross country season by taking the first ever Ballyfin Junior-Cross title. This was just the beginning of a fantastic season for Mary - a 4th place finish at the intercounties in Kilbeggan ensured her selection for the European Championships. After a very successful outing at her first international championships, Mary carried some form into 2010 taking the national junior cross-country title in March. She will be hoping to begin the new season with a good performance in Emo on September 18th.
